Welcome to Ajeer Industries. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our custom clothing manufacturing services. By visiting our website, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Ajeer Industries
Ajeer Industries (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a custom clothing and sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, serving clients worldwide. We specialize in made-to-order garments according to buyer specifications.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Nature of Our Business (Custom Manufacturing)
All products manufactured by Ajeer Industries are custom-made based on the designs, specifications, sizes, fabrics, colors, logos, and requirements provided or approved by the buyer. Due to the customized nature of our services, standard retail return policies do not apply.
4. Orders & Specifications
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications.
- Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, timelines, or feasibility.
- Once specifications are approved, Ajeer Industries will manufacture strictly according to the approved details.
5. Sampling & Approval
- Samples may be produced upon request and may be chargeable.
- Production begins only after sample approval (written confirmation via email or messaging platform).
- Approved samples serve as the reference standard for bulk production.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted based on confirmed specifications, quantities, and services.
- Payments terms (advance, balance, or full payment) are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Production will not start until the agreed advance payment is received.
- All prices are exclusive of customs duties, taxes, and destination charges unless stated otherwise.
7. Production Timeline & Delays
- Production timelines provided by Ajeer Industries are estimated and based on order specifications, quantities, and material availability at the time of confirmation.
- We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines; however, delays may occur due to operational, material sourcing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Ajeer Industries will promptly notify the buyer and work in good faith to minimize any impact.
- Delays resulting from buyer-side changes, late approvals, incomplete information, or force majeure events shall not be the responsibility of Ajeer Industries.
8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
- Shipping methods and costs are agreed upon before dispatch.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
- Ajeer Industries is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or local authorities.
9. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and cash refunds are not accepted once production has started, and orders cannot be canceled after this stage.
- In the event of a proven manufacturing defect that materially deviates from the approved sample, Ajeer Industries may, at its discretion, offer remake, repair, or compensation in the form of a credit or adjustment toward a future order, rather than a monetary refund.
- All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods and must include clear evidence supporting the claim.
10. Quality Standards & Tolerances
- Minor variations in color, fabric texture, sizing, or finishing may occur and are considered industry-standard tolerances.
- Ajeer Industries follows internal quality control processes to ensure consistency with approved samples.
11. Intellectual Property & Designs
- Buyers confirm they have the legal right to use all logos, designs, trademarks, and artwork provided.
- Ajeer Industries is not liable for intellectual property infringements resulting from buyer-supplied materials.
- Manufacturing samples and designs remain the property of Ajeer Industries unless otherwise agreed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajeer Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
13. Confidentiality
All designs, specifications, and business communications shared by buyers are treated as confidential and used solely for order fulfillment, unless disclosure is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
